The
new generation of control system, developed by Amtech Electronics
(India) Ltd, integrates the operation of Tap line Machine, used to
make plastic tapes for making woven sacks. These woven sacks are
typically used to load cement, fertilizer, sugar, flour, food grains,
vegetables etc and others such as HDPE, polypropylene.
Amtech
offers an innovative and smart solution of Tape line machine control
with Automation Package, with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Heater
controller, HMI and intelligent process controller. The machine is an
extrusion line with rollers following up after the die which runs at
synchronous ratio controlled speeds to control the quality and denier
of the tape.
