TAPE LINE MACHINE AUTOMATION


The new generation of control system, developed by Amtech Electronics (India) Ltd, integrates the operation of Tap line Machine, used to make plastic tapes for making woven sacks. These woven sacks are typically used to load cement, fertilizer, sugar, flour, food grains, vegetables etc and others such as HDPE, polypropylene.

Amtech offers an innovative and smart solution of Tape line machine control with Automation Package, with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Heater controller, HMI and intelligent process controller. The machine is an extrusion line with rollers following up after the die which runs at synchronous ratio controlled speeds to control the quality and denier of the tape.

REDUNDANT VFD SOLUTION

The new generation of control system, developed by Amtech Electronics (India) Ltd, integrates the operation of Redundant VFD for critical applications.

This solution is used for critical applications where a single stoppage of VFD is not allowed as it results in huge loss of production and/or stoppage like in Power plant, Boiler, Spinning pump etc.
Amtech has designed and successfully installed Redundant VFD solution in many critical applications with complete engineered system. Solution takes only motor connection and speed reference from the field and rest all are factory programmed. This gives plug and play installation.

At times, your process needs bump-less transfer in no time without any major change in speed. Our system solutions equipped with state-of-the-art technology monitors the health of the VFD all the time and in an abnormal situation, transfers the control to the hot standby VFD in no time. The transfer will be so smooth at times, that even your control room will not be able to diagnose the transfer.
